Returns

If for some reason you are dissatisfied with the product please email us to discuss the issue. While there is generally a ‘no refund’ policy unless the item is deemed to be faulty (please refer to refund policy below), we are happy to discuss and evaluate the issue to ensure you are appropriately compensated (taking into consideration the nature of the issue). This might, without limitation or obligation, take the shape of the product being replaced or repaired, or you being given a reasonable credit toward your next purchase.

REFUNDS:

Please be aware that all garments are unique and handmade using natural fibres. Due to the handmade nature of our garments, inconsistencies and imperfections may occur and you may see variations in colour and weave. This is a characteristic of the material, which only add to the charm. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instruction on how to send your package and where to send it (you are responsible for the return shipping costs). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we will notify you as soon as we receive and verify your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Please allow 24 hours for us to get in touch once the return is submitted. If approved, the refund will be paid via direct debit to your bank account. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund. 

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES:


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SIZING:

Should the sizing of your order not work out, we’re happy to arrange an exchange for you for an identical product at the same value, in a different sizing. Please note, due to the handmade nature of all garments, sizing may vary up to 10% in size and fit, so you should expect the garments of the same size to vary slightly.
